In-House Savings Plan
We want all our patients to be able to get the care they need. For our patients without insurance, we've created an in-house savings plan to help them. We call it +Membership and you can purchase a membership for yourself and all household family members, as desired, to save on cleanings, examinations and x-rays.
Annual Dental Membership Plan
Adults: $179
Children 13 and under: $149
During the membership year, each covered family member can receive at no further charge:
- Two dental cleanings (if there's no gum disease) *
- Unlimited oral examinations
- Periodontal (gum disease) evaluations
- Oral cancer screenings
- Unlimited digital x-rays
- Intraoral camera examinations
*If a patient does suffer from gum disease, an additional $25 per visit is charged.
There are no yearly maximums, no deductibles and no pre-existing exclusions.
- Here's some of the fine print associated with our +Membership plan:
- This membership plan only applies to Dental Care Team.
- Membership cannot be transferred or combined with dental insurance coverage.
- Benefits do not apply to any treatment received before membership starts.
- The full membership fee is due in full on joining the plan.
- Membership is effective the first day of the month in which payment is received.
- Renewal payments are due at the beginning of the same month every year.
- It is the responsibility of the member to ensure all benefits are received before membership expires.
- There are no refunds for unused benefits.
